What do you do when you have nothing to do? Why do you turn to that?

FIRST!!
I um, blog. ::sheepish grin:: Even if I've written my own post for the day, I read other blogs. I'm compulsive like that, I guess. ;)

I'm going to copy goodfather, which is weird cause I just came from his place. Since September, I blog, or read blogs.
I also fuss around the house and put in a load or two of laundry.

DING DING DING! goodfather, that's the first time someone called out "FIRST!" on my blog! A first for first!
My absolutely nothing to do thing is watching TV, and that's because it really is an empty calorie machine, unlike blogging which is absolutely enriching and fulfilling. And if I really have nothing to do, then I reach over and start grading essays. UGH. Which I must do now. I mean it--NOW!

I pick up a book, usually because I have little time to read so it's a treat to be able to for an uninterrupted time. If I'm too tired for reading, tv it is. A walk is nice too.

Joanne, reading is something to do, as those stacks in my room attest. Although I'm not quite sure what the dust on top of them represents.

I usually have a couple of books around here and I'll pick one up and read or lately I have been doing a lot of blogging and blog reading.
