Turning My Back on Rejection
Simple Pleasures

Yowza! That's a tough one. Every decision I 'regret' can be traced to something that's now good in my life. Even being a drunk led me to sober up and take more responsibility than I might have otherwise.

goodfather, that was quite a minute of introspection there.

My biggest regret was marrying my ex, but I guess I changed it as much as possible by divorcing him.

I wish I was as optimistic as you, seeing the silver lining in them there clouds, I just can't, and it's not as if I imagine that my life would have been the fulfillment of all my dreams, it's just that I haven't reached a peak from which I want to look back. A few more miles to go.
