For me...this has been a big year with the Marathon and getting up on stage to start perfroming. I am not sure I could top those two personal accomplishments in any other year.

MTAE, maybe all of those years were building up to this wonderful one.
My presentation at the Writing Project class went really well; I was told it was a "powerful presentation." I think that it was the first time I ever got applauded for something as a individual and not as a group. Wow. Applause. What an accomplishment.

Surviving.

Although it takes two to tango, my greatest accomplishment is a happy marriage to the man of my life. We've been together for 33 years and now, at 51, I feel I am in love with him more than I was at 18. Another accomplishment I'm very proud of is running my own language school very successfully for 11 years now - not really because of the financial benefits but mostly because of the moral satisfaction I've derived from being my own boss when working with children.

Liz, not a small feat.
Anastasia, a long happy marriage, that is certainly a wonderful accomplishment. While it takes two to tango, you each need to know the steps as well as how to improvise. A school of your own--what a joy .
